My life had been about doing more on less. More work, more play, and more volunteering…on less sleep, less food, and in less time. This approach eventually took its toll. I felt exhausted, my brain was mush, my confidence was low, and I found no joy in life.

After years of reacting to stressors, my ambition, body, and spirit were no longer in sync. Truth be told, I had plenty of warning signs…emotional meltdowns, irritability, depression, aches and pains; but I wasn’t paying attention. It took a blood clot and having my gallbladder and appendix removed, all within five years, to realize that I could no longer ignore my health.

I became a student of nutrition and poured my energy into figuring out the best ways to nourish my SELF. Only then did I begin to understand the profound impact that diet and lifestyle have on physical, emotional, and spiritual health. By doing the deep work to find a nutrition approach that works for me and addressing other cornerstones of resilience, my spirit began to soar and my ambition started to come back.

Today, I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®. I work with women who have a deep desire to strengthen their resilience so they can handle life’s stressors with confidence, awareness, and optimism.
