Community gratitude

I occupy a small space in the ever-growing world of nutrition and an even smaller space in the world of the Internet. For many of you, it is likely I will never hear your voice or see you in person. Yet your comments, your likes, your shares and your feedback tell me you value my encouragement to live a vibrant life.

A colleague recently shared a gratitude list for the people who have changed his life as a healthcare practitioner. It moved me to follow suit and share my list, too.

Thank you for making your health a priority.
Thank you for taking care of your self.
Thank you for initiating small lifestyle changes.
Thank you for setting a good example.
Thank you for following my journey.
Thank you for sharing my insights.
Thank you for listening.
Thank you for taking my words to heart.
Thank you for going against the grain.
Thank you for staying mindful.
Thank you for taking steps to make your life better.
Thank you for living a vibrant life!

I am blessed to have you as a follower of my work.

I encourage you to create a gratitude list of your own and share it with the community that is most supportive of you.

Here’s to your health and vitality!
